Doors Time
Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time.
Box Office
Our box office is open on show days only starting 2 hours prior to general door time. *This is subject to change.*
Bag Policy
The following bag policy is in place: Bags shall not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm). Small clutch bags (6"x9") are also allowed. Backpacks and other multi-compartment bags or laptop cases are prohibited regardless of size. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
Mobile Ticketing
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Cashless Payments
All points of sale will only accept debit, credit or mobile pay (Apply Pay or Google Pay).

Ticketing- ADA tickets can be purchased online via livenation.com. You do not need to call the box office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available here. Look for the accessibility logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range, but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets.

Unexpected Needs- If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, we strongly recommend going through livenation.com to exchange all tickets for accessible seating. We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.

Interpreter Requests- If you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure by emailing cocacolaroxyinfo@livenation.com. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at the box office. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for this service.

Hearing Assistance- Guests that require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 2 days' notice. We can be reached at cocacolaroxyinfo@livenation.com.

Service Animals- Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted. Coca-Cola Roxy requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents them from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.

Can I rent the venue for a private event?
Yes! For special event inquiries, and hosting an amazing party, corporate meeting, fundraiser or social event please contact Kelly Westmoreland, Director of Special Event Sales at 470-351-3864 or cocacolaroxyevents@livenation.com.
What items are not allowed inside the venue?
The following items are prohibited for all shows:
• No Outside Food or Drink Allowed
• Bags that do not fit the bag policy description: Bags shall not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm). Small clutch bags (6"x9") are also allowed. Backpacks and other multi-compartment bags or laptop cases are prohibited regardless of size.
• No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, chains of any kind (including wallet chains), studs, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm
• Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted
• No drugs, drug paraphernalia or illegal substances of any kind
• No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, or laser pointers
• No laptops or gaming systems
• No portable chargers
• No masks that cover the entire face
• No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)
• No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
• No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm
• No poster tubes
• No prescription medications NOT in the original container with matching ID (prescriptions must also one uniform type of pill bottle)
• No stuffed animals or toys of any kind
• No flowers
• No flags or posters
• No hand fans
• No glow sticks, light sticks, poi, hoops, or bitwhips
• No Markers, paint markers, sharpies
• No chains of any kind (including wallet chains)
• No spikes or studs
• This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management

Where can I park when I come for a show?
We are located in The Battery which has multiple parking decks managed by LAZ Parking. The Orange and Delta decks are the closest to our venue. You can purchase advance parking as an add on when you purchase your tickets online. More information on parking at The Battery can be found at www.batteryatl.com/directions-parking. On Braves game days, parking availability may vary. More information for game day parking can be found at www.Braves.com/parking. Coca-Cola Roxy does not own or operate any of the parking lots, and we are not responsible for parking rates or for vehicles left on the lots.

Can I check my coat / bag?
The building does set up a coat check at times during inclement weather. To find out if coat check will be setup for an event you are attending, email us at cocacolaroxyinfo@livenation.com.
Where is the lost and found?
Items recovered from shows are collected at the administrative office at venue. If you notice you are missing an item during a show, please check with our guest services staff for assistance.
If you notice that you are missing an item after the show, you may come and check for your item at the venue. We are open on Fridays from 10am-4pm, as well as show days starting 2 hours prior to general doors. To see a list of our show dates, please visit our calendar here.

Can I bring a camera to the show?
Photography is not permitted at the majority of shows at the venue, however, some bands permit non-professional point and shoot cameras, provided that they are used without a flash. Professional photography equipment (with detachable or zoom lenses) is never permitted without an appropriate media or photo pass.
Can I bring food or drinks from home to the show?
No. We are unable to permit outside food or drink to be brought into the facility.
What are your safety protocols?
Based on the latest local guidelines, attendees are no longer required to provide proof of negative COVID-19 test and/or vaccination for entry. Safety protocols are subject to change.
Do you serve food?
Yes, we do! Go to the bar in our lobby or in the EP lounge to order food.
Is there an age limit to come to a show?
Most of our shows are all ages, however some are not. Every show has the age limit for that specific show listed in the event detail. Click "event detail" on our website to see what the age limit is for the show you are coming to.
Is camping allowed?
Camping is not allowed. The Battery Atlanta security will ask anyone who tries to stay overnight to leave the property and return on the day of the show.
Does my child need a ticket to come with me to the show?
Yes. All patrons of any age require a ticket for admission to the Coca-Cola Roxy.
How early can I line up for the show?
Safety guidelines at The Battery prohibit lining up until after 8AM.
If I leave the building during a show, can I return?
No. For safety of the building and all of our guests, re-entry is not permitted.
Is your venue standing room or seated?
Each show is different. Click the event detail on the show you are coming to to see which one applies to that show. Some shows are all reserved seats. Some shows have a reserved seated balcony and GA standing room floor. Some shows have everything GA. For the GA standing room floor, it is a big open floor and your spot is not held for any reason. Ignore rows and seats on tickets for general admission tickets. Your spot in line does not hold your spot on the floor.
What should I do if my tickets are lost or stolen?
Call Ticketmaster customer support at 1-800-653-8000 and they will be happy to help.
Can I smoke inside the venue, if no do you have a smoking area?
There is no smoking inside the venue. There is a designated smoking area, please ask our staff if you need help finding it.
Can I purchase unclaimed tickets from Will Call?
No - we cannot sell you someone else's tickets.
Can I purchase alcohol?
Yes, we have many full service bars located inside the facility. Patrons of legal drinking age are welcome purchase alcoholic beverages after showing a photo ID for age verification.
Where do I pickup my Will Call tickets?
Will Call tickets can be picked up from the Coca-Cola Roxy box office on the day of the show, located across the street from the first base line entry from Truist Park.

What methods of payment are accepted for purchasing tickets at the box office?
The Box Office at the accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Cash is not accepted. A photo ID is required for all credit card payments.
Zero Tolerance For Drug Use or Possession
The use or possession of any illegal drugs will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the venue. Security personnel and narcotics officers will be working and enforcing all drug related laws. Do not bring any illegal substances to the event as violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you are found inebriated at the door, security will not allow you to enter the venue. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone.

Is moshing or body surfing allowed?
Due to the nature of Moshing and Body Surfing, and the injuries that could occur, we ask that you refrain from such activities. Patrons participating in these activities do so at their own risk.
Coca-Cola Roxy does not allow Body Surfing. Patrons that continue to participate in such activity do so at their own risk and may lead to ejection from the show.
