Doors Time
Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time.
Bag Policy
The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
Water Bottle Policy
Clear water bottles are permitted for entry into the venue. Water refill stations are available onsite at The Echo located by the downstairs bathrooms.
Mobile Ticketing
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.
Cashless Payments
We’re cashless! All concession, bar and ticket sales, once in the venue, will only accept credit or debit cards and/or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). Cashless payments are encouraged for ticket purchases at the box office. Cash to card conversion will be available inside the venue, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.
The Echo Lounge & Music Hall is located in the Design District, next door to the Mavericks training facility, at 1323 N. Stemmons Fwy, Dallas TX 75207. Our main phone number is 214-438-2042.
Both self-parking and valet services will be available for purchase on site. Please note that our parking service is cashless. Self-parking is available in the lot located at 1333 N Stemmons Fwy at the intersection of Inspiration Drive & N Stemmons Fwy.
Parking is not included in the price of the event ticket.
*Limited parking spaces available. We advise you carpool with others or utilize a rideshare service.
Our Box Office is located on the East side of the building, and will open 2 hours before doors on show nights.

Ticketing - ADA tickets can be purchased online via www.livenation.com. You do not need to call the box office to place an order as all our accessible tickets are available through www.livenation.com. Look for the logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. Accessible seating does occasionally sell out online. We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets.
Unexpected Needs - If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, we strongly recommend going through www.livenation.com to exchange all tickets for accessible seating. We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.
Interpreter Requests - If you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least 30 days notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for EchoInfo@livenation.com to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.
Hearing Assistance - Guests that require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 2 days notice. We can be reached at EchoInfo@Livenation.com
Service Animals - Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events, but the venue reserves the right to deny emotional support animals and the right to verify the animal's trained purpose. Only registered working animals are permitted. The Echo Lounge & Music Hall requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents them from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.
Accommodations - All venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.

We have multiple spaces and can cater to groups of 25-1000 for special events. Our event specialists are ready to talk to you and help take your event to the next level.

What are your restricted items?
No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm
Replicas of weapons also are NOT permitted
No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind
No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers.
No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)
No outside food & beverage allowed
No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm
No stuffed animals or toys of any kind

Can I bring a water bottle into the venue?
Guests may bring an empty, reusable water bottle into the venue to use at our water bottle refill station. We also have reusable water bottles available for purchase at the venue.
Refill water station is located near the downstairs music hall bathrooms.
