Doors Time
Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time.
Bag Policy
The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
Mobile Ticketing
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Do you offer Premium Seating Upgrades?

Where is House of Blues, Las Vegas?
We're located inside the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino. Follow the directional signage and you can't miss us!
Is there parking at House of Blues, Las Vegas?
Guests are able to use the Hotel Parking when attending shows. House of Blues, Las Vegas does not operate these parking lots and does not set the prices.

Do I need my ID when attending a show?
Absolutely!
Valid ID is required to attend any age restricted events. Please look at the event page for any restrictions by show.
Please note that House of Blues, Las Vegas has a very strict underage drinking policy that follows state law, and if you do not have acceptable ID that states your age at 21 or older, you will be considered the same as a minor and will not be able to purchase, consume or possess alcohol in the venue. Violators will be removed from the building without warnings and will not be eligible for a refund.

How do I purchase ADA Seating?
While our venue is standing room only, we do have an ADA section for qualified patrons. We also have elevator access into the building and ADA restrooms. We suggest you get to the venue early for best viewing options in the ADA area. Please note that each ADA guest is allowed one extra guest into the ADA area. Please speak to staff upon arrival.
What are the age restrictions?
Age requirements differ depending on the event. All age requirements are listed on our online event calendar. If no age restriction is listed, the event is an All-Ages show.
Are cameras allowed?
Professional cameras and/or cameras will detachable lenses are NOT allowed without a valid media pass. Personal point-and-shoot cameras or cellphones are OK.
Do I need a reservation at the restaurant?
No! You are not required to make a reservation at the restaurant beforehand. Please give yourself ample time to eat and make it through security. We don't want you missing your concert!
What is the Foundation Room?
Foundation Room is our exclusive ultralounge and restaurant located on the 63rd Floor of Mandalay Bay. You can either dine at our steak house, or party the night away on our patio.

Is Foundation Room 21+?
Guests do not need to be over 21 to dine at Foundation Room, but need to be over the age of to experience the Lounge and our Nighlife offerings
How do I get access to Foundation Room?
Guests that have upgraded their tickets to premimum seating will have complimentary access to Foundation Room before and after the concert.
Prior to 9 PM, Foundation Room is open to everybody to enjoy. There is a cover charge after 9 PM which depends on the event and day of week.
