Coming to a show? Here's a few things to know before you go!
Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time.
Bag Policy
The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
Mobile Ticketing
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Cashless payments will be available at all points of sale and are recommended.

Parking
Venue parking is limited and subject to change from the parking map below. There is parking available near/behind the venue, but we encourage all fans to take a rideshare to Emo’s! Once your driver pulls into the parking lot, have them turn left and pull just past the venue before you get out of the vehicle. For your safety and the safety of other concert goers, please use this location for all of your drop-offs and pickups. If you do drive to the show, do not park across the street from the venue or your vehicle will be booted, and possibly towed. Emo's is not responsible for cars parked across the street from the venue.
The box office at Emo's Austin opens an hour before doors. Please reference the events calendar for door time information.

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void and therefore not valid for entry. We recommend purchasing tickets directly via our Box Office, Front Gate Tickets, or Live Nation only.

The main entrance to Emo’s is fully accessible. If you require assistance, please notify the event staff at the main entrance and a team member can guide you to the accessible seating area. Please be advised that this is done on a first-come, first-serve basis and our accessible seating area can reach capacity early. Our Accessible section on the floor varies based on a show-by-show basis as necessitated by each event.
Restrooms:
All bathrooms within the venue are equipped with ADA-accessible stalls.
Ticketing:
Tickets can be purchased Day-of-Show at the Box Office once doors have opened (availability permitting). They can also be purchased in advance, online at livenation.com. Please note that our box office is not equipped to take ticket orders over the phone.
Accessible Parking:
ADA is first-come, first-serve and is located in front of the venue's main entrance near our security checkpoint. Parking in general is limited and we advise you to arrive in advance of the posted show time should you wish to secure parking within the venue's immediate vicinity.
Additionally, please reference our parking section located on the ‘PLAN YOUR VISIT’ section of our website.
Medication Needs & Prescription Medicine Requirements:
Anyone needing prescription medicine must present the pharmacy-labeled container which states the prescription, dosage, and patient name to our medical staff at each entrance gate. Patrons are only allowed a sufficient supply of the prescribed medication for that day. Medicines needing to be inhaled or smoked are prohibited unless in a prescribed inhaler.
Dietary Needs:
Food options are limited within the venue and availability varies on a show-by-show basis. Should you need to bring something to eat, we ask that it be in original factory-sealed packaging.
Service Animals:
Service animals are defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) as dogs or miniature horses that are trained to do work to perform tasks related to people with disabilities. The work or task the service animal is trained to do must directly relate to the person's disability. Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not repeatedly bark, growl, jump up on or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not listed as service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. This also applies to the other species of animals wild or domestic, trained, or untrained. The ADA requires the service animal to be under the control of the handler. This may include using a harness, leash, or other tether. Our venue employees are not required to provide for, the care, or supervision of a service animal, including cleaning up after it. Service Animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs or tables in our food and beverage locations. Live Nation and our operating partners have the right to deny access to a dog that disrupts our operations
Please contact a member of the guest services team if your service animal needs access to a relief area. You will need to exit the venue and re-enter with the assistance of a member of the guest service team.
Sign Language Interpretation:
Emo’s offers sign language interpretation upon request only. Requests for interpreters must be received at least two weeks before the event date. Please send such requests by email to EmosAustin@LiveNation.com. Please note Interpretation requests are subject to the availability of our third-party contracted vendor.
Assistive Listening Devices:
Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) technology at Emo’s are powered by Listen Everywhere Technology™. This allows you to use your mobile device and headphones as your personal ALD. If you do not wish to use your device, please see the box office to get a receiver. A photo ID is required to be held until the device is returned at the end of the event.

How old do you have to be to attend shows and events at Emo's Austin?
Check the show info and ticket details for any age limitations. Keep in mind that if you are under 21, or do not have a current government-issued identification, then you will be marked as a minor and you will not be allowed to drink or re-enter the club if you leave and cannot be in possession of an alcoholic beverage.
What items are not allowed inside Emo's Austin?
You are not allowed to bring in the following items:
Signs, posters, banners and flags
Outside beverages
Markers, spray paint
Weapons, pocket knifes, throwing stars, mini clubs, etc.
Illegal substances
Chairs
Flowtoys (i.e. whips, hula hoops, poi pods, etc.)

Every person who claims to be of age to drink must present a government issued ID, no exceptions.
Every person checked in as a minor is told the same rules for minors.

If you are caught without your minor band, in possession of alcohol, or disobeying any of our rules you will be told kindly to leave.
If you are 21 or older and have the proper wristband to prove it then you are allowed to leave and come back in.
If you're bringing a bag, please make sure it adheres to our bag policy and is 12"x6"x12" or smaller.

We do not allow guests to bring signs, posters, banners or flags inside the venue because these could potentially block other guests' view of the performance.

Am I allowed to bring in my prescription medicine?

- Over the counter medications are allowed in a sufficient supply for the day. Staff will verify that the medication and name on the label match the actual medication and the patron's identification.
Can I bring my camera to the show to take pictures?
Small, pocket-sized cameras are typically permitted. We do not allow large professional-style cameras with detachable lenses and other professional equipment into the venue without a photo pass, per prior authorization from artist representation.
Is there an outdoor patio and can you smoke at Emo's Austin?
Smoking is only permitted in our outdoor patio.

What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. No refunds unless a show is cancelled, in which case ticket buyers will be informed ASAP.
Refunds are available only for cancelled or postponed events. The ticket buyer must return to the point of purchase to receive a refund.
I purchased a ticket from another website, can you tell me if it's valid?
If you buy a print-at-home ticket or hard ticket from an unauthorized vendor or source, we cannot, and will not, guarantee that it is a valid ticket. Front Gate Tickets and Emo’s Austin is not responsible for any counterfeit tickets and cannot provide support for any third-party purchases.

The show is tonight, and I cannot print or find my tickets.
Please contact Front Gate Tickets customer service at 1-888-512-7469. If it is outside of normal business hours, please take your photo ID and receipt to the box office and they will be able to assist you there.
Can I exchange/upgrade my tickets?
All sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase. In most cases, we do allow patrons to upgrade passes based on availability and if the tickets have not been shipped. Please contact Front Gate Tickets support directly for more information.
Do I need to print my ticket(s)?
No! If your tickets were sent via digital delivery to your email, or you have a QR code, all you need to do is present the barcode (or QR code) on a mobile device. Please make sure the brightness is up on your screen and that we can see the entire barcode.
Helpful hint: Multiple tickets are emailed in separate PDF attachments.

Please contact Front Gate Tickets support if you do not receive your tickets within 48 hours before the event. For fan club pre-sale orders, please fill out our contact form at least 4 days before the show. For orders not received via email, Will Call is the next delivery option.
