Know Before You Go
We can
Clear Bag Policy: Any bag, clutch, or fanny pack larger than 6" x 9" will NOT be allowed into the venue unless it is clear. The maximum size clear bag allowed is 12"x12"x6" (roughly the size of a backpack). Staff will be stationed at the gates to ensure bags meet these size requirements. Any bag deemed too big must be returned to your vehicle. See below for more information on the venue's clear bag policy.
- The venue will be cashless on the night of the show.
- Lawn chairs are not allowed at this venue.
- In most cases, your ticket is on your phone.
- We are located at 2121 N 83rd Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85035, this is NOT the same location as Talking Stick Resort & Casino.

Bag Policy: To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”).
Prohibited bag items include, but are not limited to: coolers, briefcases, backpacks, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags, or any bag larger than the permissible size.
Venue management reserves the right to add, delete, and interpret the above policy for the safety of guests, artists, and staff.

Fan Guidelines
Cashless Payments
All points of sale will only accept credit, debit or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). In the event you are not carrying a credit or debit card, staff will be available on site at the Guest Services Booth to exchange cash for card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.
Mobile Ticketing
All events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print (for previously scheduled shows where you selected print at home or mail, your tickets will be honored accordingly).
You have two options to access your tickets:
1. Add tickets to your mobile wallet by downloading the Live Nation App.
- Click My Tickets and select your upcoming show.
- Add the ticket(s) to your phone's wallet and you're done!
- Present your mobile ticket(s) at entry
2. Add tickets to your mobile wallet by visiting Live Nation on your mobile browser.
- On your mobile phone, visit livenation.com in your web browser and select My Tickets.
- Sign in and select your desired order.
- Add the ticket(s) to your phone's wallet and you're done!
- Present your mobile ticket(s) at entry.
Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.
Purchase tickets for a group? Arriving separately? Transfer tickets directly to friends and family using the Live Nation App. To expedite entry, we recommend doing this prior to arriving at the event.
- Using the Live Nation App or your phone's web browser, sign in to your account.
- Select the desired order and tap Transfer Tickets (event eligibility may vary).
- Select the ticket you'd like to transfer. Add the recipient's information and send. The recipient will receive an email with the ticket.
Due to large crowds and high traffic, be sure to leave early and give yourself plenty of time at the venue. Increase your phone screen brightness to assist with scanning. Lastly, make sure you have a fully charged battery!

Traffic
Leave yourselves plenty of time to get to the venue. Traffic can be heavy prior to and after events, so please be patient. Follow the instructions given by police and parking staff. We strongly encourage carpooling or ridesharing.

The box office at Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre is open on day-of-show only. The West Box Office opens at noon, the East Box Office opens about an hour prior to doors. The box office is cashless and only accepts credit or debit cards.

We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.
- Interpreter Requests - if you will need an interpreter for an event please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for interpreter services. Please call 602-254-7200 to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.
- Accommodations - all venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible. The Lawn is not wheelchair or stroller accessible.

Medication Needs
If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator, please visit a Guest Services booth to make accommodations and our medical staff will assist you. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here, please do so in our medical office so we can ensure proper medical disposal.
Service Animals
At Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre, we have specific guidelines to ensure all guests, and their service animals are supported throughout their visit.
Service animals are defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) as dogs or miniature horses that are trained to do work to perform tasks related to people with disabilities. The work or task the service animal is trained to do must directly relate to the person's disability. Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not repeatedly bark, growl, jump up on or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not listed as service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. This also applies to the other species of animals wild or domestic, trained, or untrained. The ADA requires the service animal to be under the control of the handler. This may include using a harness, leash, or other tether. Our venue employees are not required to provide for, the care, or supervision of a service animal, including cleaning up after it. Service Animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs or tables in our food and beverage locations. Live Nation and our operating partners have the right to deny access to a dog that disrupts our operations.
Please contact a member of the guest services team if your service animal needs access to a relief area. You will need to exit the venue and re-enter with the assistance of a member of the guest service team.
Sign Language Interpretation If you will need an interpreter for an event please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at Will Call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for interpreter services. Please call 602-254-7200 or email TSRAinfo@livenation.com to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.
Assistive Listening Devices Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) technology in Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre is powered by Listen Everywhere Technology™. This allows you to use your mobile device and headphones as your personal ALD. If you do not wish to use your device, please visit Guest Services to obtain a receiver. A photo ID is required to be held until the device is returned at the end of the event. (Note: There are limited quantities of receivers and they are loaned out on a first come, first served basis.)

What are your bag policies for entry?
All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guest have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle.
Please note that we we require either a clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag (maximum size 12" x 6" x 12") OR small bags that don't need to be clear (maximum size 6" x 9").
What kind of concessions do you offer?
Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of concession options throughout the venue. These include celebrity chef concepts such as the Volt Burger, Art Bird’s fried chicken, DogHaus gourmet hot dogs, Tim Love’s brisket nachos, BAKED by Jon & Vinny pizza, Legendary vegan options, plus specialty concessions, fountain soda, Liquid Death, and Red Bull.
What is your alcohol policy?
Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol - guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.
Can I get an All Access pass?
All Access passes or Backstage Passes are not available for purchase. Visit www.livenation.com to view any VIP packages that may involve a meet and greet or additional access. The venue box office does not sell any meet and greet, backstage or venue passes.
Can I bring a service animal?
Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted. No comfort, therapy, or emotional support animals are permitted.
Who do I contact for automobile assistance?
If any assistance is needed with your vehicle please contact your normal Emergency Assistance provider. Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre does not have tow or lockout services on site. Emergency assistance vehicles are permitted on property to assist with lockouts, jumps or tows but the guest will need to arrange for such services.
Can I bring banners or signs into the venue?
Signs larger than 8.5" x 11" are not permitted, this is the size of a standard sheet of paper. Signs larger than this are not permitted due to the potential to block other guests' view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.
Where can I park my bicycle?
Bike racks are located at the East & West Gates directly in front of the East & West Box Offices. All bikes must be removed by the end of the event. Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre is not responsible for lost or stolen bicycles.
Can I park a bus at the venue?
Buses are considered an oversized vehicle and will be charged $100 minimum if they will be remaining on site during the event. Buses will enter Gate 6. Buses that will be dropping off guests can leave the parking lot and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the event with no additional charge. All buses will be boarded by our security staff to ensure no underage drinking is taking place on the bus. If there is any underage drinking, the whole bus will be turned around and no one will be able to enter the event. The venue will not issue refunds and bears no expense that will be incurred due to non-admittance. Phoenix Police Department will be on-site assisting in the bus lot to ensure all guests on buses are acting appropriately and within accordance of the law. *Subject to change based on event.
What is your camera policy?
SUBJECT TO CHANGE - The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and will not be permitted. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1" it will be considered a professional camera and will not be permitted. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing permissible cameras.
Can I camp at the venue?
The venue does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind.
What happens if my show cancels?
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation, local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
Is my cellphone permitted?
Generally cellphones are permitted in the venue. On occasions, comedy shows in particular, cellphones usage may be restricted due to artist request.
Are children permitted?
All of our events are all ages, unless otherwise stated. Children 1 year old and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap.
Are firearms permitted?
Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre does not allow weapons on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Do you offer any perks for designated drivers?
Our concessionaire offers a free fountain soda to guests that commit to be the designated driver for their party. Please visit the designated driver booth located at our Guest Service Stands inside the venue on both the East & West Plazas.
Can I bring my own water into the venue?
It's important to stay hydrated! Factory-sealed, unfrozen water bottles up to one gallon per person are permitted, or you can bring an empty, refillable water bottle and fill up inside the venue at one of our hydration stations, located near the main bathrooms in the east and west plazas.
Where can I get dropped off for a concert?
Drop-off/Pick-up areas are located on the west side of the venue through Gate 3. Please let the parking staff know that you are dropping someone off and they will direct you. Guests cannot remain in their vehicles during the event - they must drop off and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the show. If you are not back within 45 minutes of the end of the event, you will not be allowed to enter until the majority of cars have exited the parking lot. Local law enforcement will shut down all incoming traffic and only allow traffic out of the venue.
How do you handle emergencies?
In the event of an emergency while on site, Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First aid is located near the West Entrance, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues. In the event of a weather emergency, we will communicate with guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue. Please follow our social media channels for the latest developments on event days.
Where do I enter the venue?
The west & east gates are available for use regardless of the ticket type. For the west gate, the Fast Lane entrance is located on the far left; for the east gate, the Fast Lane entrance is located on the far right. You must have your Fast Lane pass to utilize this gate. The VIP Club has a separate entry gate located on the east side of the venue. All guests using this gate must be VIP clients and have the appropriate ticket.
Can you get some fan mail to an artist?
Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre will do our best to get any fan mail sent to the venue to the appropriate parties. We cannot guarantee that any package or letter will be given to an artist. We recommend visiting the artist’s website and sending any items to their designated address. We are not responsible for returning anything that is sent to the venue for an artist.
Is there a way to enter the venue early or skip the line?
For select events guests can purchase Fast Lane passes by selecting the "Upgrades Available" dropdown on our events page for each event. The Fast Lane passes do not permit the guest to enter any earlier than the designated gate time, however it does have a shorter line. Fast Lane Gates are located at both the East & West entrances in the far left lane.
What time can I enter the venue?
Parking lots will generally open 30 minutes prior to our scheduled gate time. Gate times vary, but are usually 1.5 hours prior to show time. Please check the specific event page as these dates are subject to change. Please do not attempt to enter the venue any earlier than the designated times as you will be turned away and told to return when the parking lots open.
Do you accommodate groups?
Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre does not offer group ticket sales. If you have a large party that will be attending the show, the only option would be to contact our Premium Seating Department at 602.389.5811. Premium Seating sells access to all VIP boxes, suites, and clubs that can accommodate larger parties than the standard ticket limit.
How should guests behave at a concert?
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state, and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement.

Can you provide hearing assistance?
Guests that require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 2 days notice. Guests that require interpreter service can call the venue and arrange this for any event. We need at least 2 weeks notice to secure an interpreter. We can be reached at 602-254-7200.
Are lawn chairs available for rent?
Lawn chairs are available for rent for most shows and must be turned in at the end of the event. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on the event page and select "Lawn Chair Rental".
What policies exist for lawn seating?
The lawn is always first come, first serve. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but that is only used for tracking purposes. There are no assigned seats on the lawn. The lawn is not wheelchair accessible.
Do you have a Lost & Found?
If you lose an item while you are at an event, visit one of our Guest Service booths located on the East and West Plazas and outside the East & West Gates to see if your item has been turned in. Otherwise, please visit our Lost & Found website or contact the venue office at (602) 254-7200.
What can I do if my tickets are lost or stolen?
Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during the event, guests can visit the box office and have their ticket reprinted for a fee.
Who do I contact for press/media requests?
Any media inquiries need to be directed to our main office at 602-254-7200. For press passes, please submit a request at livenation.com/pressrequests.
Where can I go for medical assistance?
First Aid is located near the West gate. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator, please visit a Guest Service booth to make accommodations and our medical staff will assist you. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here, please do so in our medical office so we can ensure proper medical disposal.
Where can I buy artist merchandise at the venue?
Merchandise will be available for all concerts at our Concert Gear booths located in the East & West Plazas. For festival shows, there will be merchandise located throughout the facility and sold by various vendors. All concert gear is property of the artist and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Where can I park my motorcycle?
Motorcycles can park through Gate 3. There is no additional fee for motorcycle parking.
Can I park my vehicle overnight?
There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event will be towed at the owners expense.
What are my parking options at the venue?
For Premier Parking, enter at Gate 7 on 79th Ave.
For General Parking, enter Gate 1 on 83rd Ave. or Gate 8 on 79th Ave.
For Easy Out Parking, enter Gate 2 on Encanto Blvd.
For Accessible Parking, enter Gates 3 or 6 on Encanto Blvd.
For motorcycle parking, enter Gate 1 on 83rd Ave. or Gate 3 on Encanto Blvd.
Premier Parking
Premier Parking is available for every event and can be purchased prior to the show by clicking the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on the event page and selecting "Premier Parking" or on site at the venue. Prices will vary based on event. Premier Parking is located at Gate 7. Premier Parking does not guarantee early exit out of the parking lot.
Easy Out Parking
Easy Out Parking is available for purchase and includes a ticket for our Easy Out Parking lot located near the west gate entrance. From 83rd Ave, head east on Encanto Blvd. and turn right into Gate 2. Enjoy the hassle free quick and convenient exit from parking after the event. Limited number of spaces.
VIP Parking
The VIP lot is located through Gate 6 and is the first lot on the left hand side. Guests must have a pass or be on the parking list to access these lots. Guests can enter through any road entrance and be directed to these lots.
Rideshare
Rideshare pickup and drop off is located on Palm Lane on the southwest side of the venue.
Overnight Parking
There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event will be towed at the owners expense.
Is there a police presence at concerts?
Local law enforcement are on site for every event and are responsible for directing all traffic into the venue. On duty law enforcement officers are the only individuals able to carry a weapon on our property. We do not allow conceal and carry weapons to be brought onto our property nor we will secure them.
Do you have VIP seating or other premium amenities?
If you are interested in purchasing a floor box, season seats, or club access for the season, please contact our Premium Seats department at 602-514-2919 or visit our premium seats website. Neither the venue receptionists nor the box office can answer questions regarding pricing or availability for these boxes.
Can I host a private event at your venue?
What is your re-entry policy?
Re-entry is not permitted at Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.
Do you recycle?
Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre participates in a venue-wide recycling program. You will find recycling bins located thoughout the venue. Please recycle where possible.
Where are the restrooms located?
Restrooms are located in the East and West plazas.
Can I sell extra tickets outside of the venue?
Reselling tickets is strictly prohibited. Any guest caught selling tickets on property will be turned over to local law enforcement.
Does the venue have security?
Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing white shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.

What security procedures should I expect when entering?
When coming through the gates, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please notify a Supervisor for assistance and they will give you an alternative to our metal detectors. Can I smoke or vape in the venue?
Smoking is permitted on the lawn and in the plazas.
There is no smoking allowed in the seats.
Can I distribute materials about my company or sponsor the venue?
All sponsorship inquiries should be directed to our office, please call 602-254-7200 and ask to speak with someone in sponsorship. Any flyers/handouts or presence on site needs to be cleared with venue sponsorship. If you do not have permission to be on site, you will be escorted off property.
Can I bring a stroller into the venue?
Strollers are not permitted because there is nowhere for them to be stored. The lawn has an incline that makes it unsafe for strollers.
Can I tailgate in the parking lot?
Tailgating is not permitted and anyone found doing so will be ticketed.
Can I record the show I'm attending?
Some shows do allow audio recording, please contact us prior to the event you are attending to confirm if this will be allowed.
How is traffic controlled around the venue?
Can I bring an umbrella?
Small, personal umbrellas are permitted for most shows.
I've got my ticket. Is there anything else I should buy to make my show great?
Upgrades are available through the Upgrades Tab on our website. Use the dropdown menu to select the specific show you're attending and review the upgrade opportunities are available for your show.
What is the VIP Club and how can I access it?
The VIP Club includes an exclusive bar, private restrooms, and a premium food menu. There is often additional live entertainment and activities offered in the club, as well.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?
Can you provide Will Call information?
Will call tickets are available for pickup at the West box office, located through Gate 3. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service at 800-653-8000.
Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.
If tickets or passes are being left for you, they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event, close to doors, so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in will call, you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.
