Doors Time
Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time.
Bag Policy
The following bag policy is in place: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
Mobile Ticketing
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Cashless Payments
Cashless payments will be available at all points of sale and are recommended
House of Blues Dallas is located in Victory Park at 2200 North Lamar St. Dallas, TX 75202.
House of Blues Dallas offers valet parking at select events for an additional charge that can be purchased upon arrival at the venue. Valet parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and subject to Foundation Room reservations.
We have also partnered with ParkWhiz to offer easy and reliable parking options. To purchase parking for your event, click here.
The box office at House of Blues will only be open on show days two hours prior to doors opening.

Will I pay any feeds if I purchase tickets in person at the box office? Yes, there is a minimal service fee per ticket. (lower than online!)

- Ticketing- ADA tickets can be purchased online via www.livenation.com. You do not need to call the box office to place an order as all our accessible tickets are available through www.livenation.com. Look for the logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. Accessible seating does occasionally sell out online. We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets.
- Unexpected Needs- If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, we strongly recommend going through www.livenation.com to exchange all tickets for accessible seating. We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.
- Interpreter Requests- If you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least 30 days notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for HOBDallasInfo@LiveNation.com to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.
- Hearing Assistance- Guests that require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 2 days notice. We can be reached at HOBDallasInfo@LiveNation.com.
- Service Animals- Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events, but the venue reserves the right to deny emotional support animals and the right to verify the animal's trained purpose. Only registered working animals are permitted. House of Blues Dallas requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents them from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.
- Accommodations- All venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.

Age Restrictions
Most of our events are all ages shows. For an all-ages show, guests of all ages are welcome with an admission ticket. Children age 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Age restricted shows will be notated when purchasing tickets. Please review or inquire about any age restrictions prior to purchasing tickets

Cambridge Room
The Cambridge Room is our smaller capacity event space inside House of Blues that can accommodate about 400 people. Most of the shows taking place in this room are general admission standing room only unless otherwise noted. If your show is taking place in the Cambridge Room, enter through the main gate by the box office.

No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)
Cashless Policy
We’re cashless! All concession, bar and ticket sales, once in the venue, will only accept credit or debit cards and/or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). Cashless payments are encouraged for ticket purchases at the box office. Cash to card conversion will be available inside the venue, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.

Food & Beverage
We have a variety of food & beverage options available for purchase during our shows, including local craft beers, tasty bites and a full bar available during shows.

Music Hall Layout
The Music Hall has a main floor that is General Admission Standing Room Only for most shows unless otherwise noted when purchasing your tickets. We are built for dancing and rocking out! That means there is no seat to go along with your ticket. However, we also have a balcony that offers reserved seating for most shows. If available, this option will be shown when purchasing your tickets.
For those of you looking to upgrade your experience, we do have some VIP Seating options including balcony seating & VIP upgrades for table seating on the main floor. For more information regarding these VIP areas, please email HOBDallasVIP@LiveNation.com

Re-entry
No, there is no re-entry.
Restricted Items
No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.
Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted
No drugs, drug paraphernalia or illegal substances of any kind
No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers.
No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)
No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm
No bags that do not adhere to our new clear bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”). The small clutch bags do not need to be clear.
No Camelbacks or Bota bags
No stuffed animals or toys of any kind
No Outside Food or Beverages
This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management.
Show Cancellations
Tickets for cancelled shows can be refunded at the point of purchase. If you purchased tickets online through LiveNation.com or Ticketmaster.com, your refund will automatically be processed in about 30 days.
Smoking
Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the venue. This also includes vape cigarettes. There is a designated area outside for smoking.
Ticket Upgrades
If you are interested in upgrading your tickets for your event, please email HOBDallasVIP@LiveNation.com
If you are already at the venue, please stop by the Box Office or ask any staff member for assistance.
Will Call
Will call tickets can be picked up on day of show at the Box Office. Box Office opens 2 hours prior to door times. You will need a valid photo ID and the credit card used for purchase.
